In 2023 the Board made 40 public findings of violation, imposed $302,350 in fines, and received 288 complaints. City Charter § 2603(i) requires the annual report to cover the Board's enforcement actions, advice given to city employees, training conducted, rules promulgated, and the annual financial-disclosure filings (more than 10,000 filers).
