Decisions & Fines

Conflicts of Interest Board · document

The Board makes every finding of violation public. Most are negotiated settlement agreements in which the official admits the facts and agrees to a fine. The Board may impose civil fines up to $25,000 per violation and order a respondent to pay the city any financial gain from the violation. This page is the case-by-case archive of public dispositions, each listing the fine and the conduct. A structured subset (case number, agency, date, settlement type) publishes as NYC Open Data, which supplies the case table on this page.
