Queens Future, LLC
Lobbying client
The development entity behind Metropolitan Park, a proposed casino, hotel, and public-park complex on the Citi Field parking lots in Queens, run as a joint venture led by Mets owner Steve Cohen with Hard Rock International. With 167 filings since 2024 it is one of the most active clients in our records, lobbying 32 council members through eight firms on the Citi Field map and zoning changes (ULURP C 250047 MMQ) and the state legislation needed to authorize casino gaming at the site. The City Council approved the land-use package in 2025, and the state awarded the project a casino license that December.
