The Center for Justice Innovation, known until 2023 as the Center for Court Innovation, is a New York nonprofit founded in 1996 that runs community courts and programs aimed at reducing crime and incarceration. It was created as a partnership with the New York State court system and the Fund for the City of New York, and for years it operated under the Fund's fiscal sponsorship before becoming an independent nonprofit in 2021. Its city funding during that period was routed through the Fund for the City of New York.
