Array Architects PC is the New York contracting entity of Array, a firm that, per its own site, does healthcare design and advisory work exclusively (facility planning, architecture, interiors, and strategic advisory for health systems). Its only NYC agency relationship is with the Health and Hospitals Corporation (HHC): its current active contract is a $7.2 million multi facility design agreement ("ARRAY ARCHITECTS PC- VARIOUS HHC FACILITIES"), awarded via RFP. All-time it has been awarded $48 million across 16 registered HHC contracts since 2014, including a $29 million correctional health design contract ("ARRAY ARCHITECTS- OTXHU- CORRECTIONAL HEALTH," ended 2025) and a $4.75 million multi facility contract (ended 2025), both also awarded via RFP, plus a series of smaller task orders under "Multiple award" competitive vehicles. Only 5% of its total contract value ($2.4 million, two MEP engineering services contracts running 2015-2017) was awarded without a fresh competitive bid, both badged "Renewal (not re-bid)."
