It holds a $106.1 million no-bid ("negotiated contract") with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for warehousing, distribution, and living-stockpile services, plus smaller historic contracts including a $3 million emergency COVID-19 medical-supply distribution contract with the Department of Emergency Management (2020) and competitively bid hospital equipment orders for NYC Health + Hospitals.
