Ecodrive II LLC is a domestic New York limited liability company, filed with the NY Department of State in 2021 (per OpenGovNY's mirror of that filing), that supplies vehicles to New York City's municipal fleet. All five of its registered contracts are with DCAS's Division of Municipal Supply Service, including "PROCURE PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT CARRIER VEHICLE," a truck (half ton diesel pickup) procurement, a gasoline powered AWD vehicle procurement, and a 3/4 ton cargo and passenger van procurement. Of the $40 million awarded since 2022 (of which $23 million has been paid to date), 43% of contract value ($17 million across 2 contracts) was awarded through non-competitive contract assignment, while the remaining contracts were awarded by competitive sealed bid.
