Gilston Electric RJ Industries JV is a joint venture pairing Gilston Electrical Contracting, a New York City electrical contracting firm established in 1926 that has served as an electrical contractor for the New York City Housing Authority for more than three decades, with RJ Industries, an electrical construction contractor. The JV's only city contract on record is a $47.2 million Department of Environmental Protection award (TI-169) for reconstruction of power distribution at the Tallman Island Water Resource Recovery Facility, won by competitive sealed bid in 2023; per RJ Industries' own project description, the work involves installing a new substation in the dewatering building and expanding the pump station's electrical room, converting equipment from 208V to 480V.
