A joint venture between Jacobs Engineering Group and Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI), formed to provide resident engineering, program, and construction management services on the NYC Department of Design and Construction's Brooklyn Bridge, Montgomery Street Coastal Resiliency project in the Two Bridges neighborhood of Lower Manhattan, per coverage of the joint venture's award from engineering firm CES Consultants. On Checkbook NYC the joint venture holds one registered contract, titled "SANDTWOBR, RE/PM/CM for Two Bridges," worth $43 million, awarded to DDC through a competitive RFP; $27 million has been paid to date.
