The Department of Health and Mental Hygiene is its dominant NYC client, holding a $10 million active contract as of August 2026 for "Creative Development of Public Education" awarded via RFP, plus a string of prior RFP-won and negotiated public-education advertising contracts stretching back to 2012; it has been awarded $40 million all-time in city contracts, of which 40% of contract value ($16 million) was awarded without a fresh competitive bid.
