Rexel USA Inc is the US electrical products distribution arm of Rexel Group, a global distributor of electrical, data communications and related supplies to commercial and residential customers, per its own site. Its NYC business is two competitively bid requirements contracts with the DCAS Division of Municipal Supply Service for electric vehicle charging equipment: an active $2.6 million "5-year requirements contract for Chargepoint Brand EVSE" and an expired $2.3 million contract "TO PROCURE COMPLETE READY TO INSTALL ELECTRIC VEHICLE SUPPLY," both awarded via competitive sealed bid. The two contracts total $4.9 million since 2021.
