This is a construction joint venture combining Skanska Northeast units (Slattery Skanska, Gottlieb Skanska) with Tully Construction Co., which built the Croton Water Filtration Plant for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, at the time one of the largest single construction contracts in New York City history. It has $1.53 billion awarded since 2007, all now expired/closed out, with $1.53 billion paid to date and no active city contracts.
