LLC, John P. Picone Inc., and E.E. Cruz & Company, into a single subsidiary; it is part of the ACS Group and works on tunnels, bridges, highways, mass transit, marine, and water infrastructure projects, per SPC's own site and FlatironDragados's announcement of the launch. Its only registered NYC contract on Checkbook NYC is a Department of Environmental Protection contract, "RESAMSAF-CP: In-City Dam Rehab at Central Park Reservoir," worth about $61 million, which Checkbook tags as awarded through a competitive sealed bid.
