Tully Construction Co Inc-Richards Plumbing & Heating Co Inc is a joint venture between Tully Construction, part of the family-owned Tully Group, a heavy construction firm in business more than 80 years that specializes in dams, reservoirs, treatment plants and other infrastructure work, and Richards Plumbing & Heating, a fourth-generation New York City mechanical contractor founded in 1935 that has worked on projects for the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, among other clients. The JV's only city contract on record is a $47 million Department of Environmental Protection award for reconstruction of the 108th Street Pumping Station, won by competitive sealed bid in 2021.
