It holds $190 million in active bulk-fuel supply contracts as of August 2026 with the DCAS Division of Municipal Supply Service (which purchases heating and bioheating oil for city buildings and the Department of Environmental Protection), out of $306 million awarded since 2013; nearly all of this value was won through accelerated/expedited competitive bidding, with only about 1% awarded without a fresh bid.
