The Committee on Land Use held hearings and voted to advance more than 20 land use applications, including the Seaside Park and Community Arts Center special permit in Coney Island, the 395 Flatbush Avenue Extension redevelopment in Downtown Brooklyn, five Brooklyn affordable housing site dispositions in HPD's Constellation portfolio, and two Brooklyn historic district designations for Beverley Square West and Ditmas Park West.
