Committee on Aging meeting

The Aging Committee held an oversight hearing on interagency coordination of services for older adults. Members also took testimony on Int 0230, which would create a financial assistance program to help older residents pay for in-home preventative adaptations, and on Res 0373, which calls on the State Legislature and Governor to pass A.1499/S.1179 to provide long term care benefits for eligible residents. No votes were taken.
