The Committee on Finance held a series of FY2027 executive budget hearings on four agencies, meeting jointly with four other committees: the Department of Correction with the Committee on Criminal Justice, the Department of Housing Preservation and Development with the Committee on Housing and Buildings, the New York City Housing Authority with the Committee on Public Housing, and the Department of Investigation with the Committee on Oversight and Investigations. All four items were filed by the committee following the hearings.
