The Committee on Finance held three FY2027 executive budget hearings on June 4, each jointly with a program committee. It reviewed the Human Resources Administration, the Department of Social Services, and the Department of Homeless Services with the Committee on General Welfare, and the Department of Sanitation with the Committee on Sanitation and Solid Waste Management. The Conflicts of Interest Board was heard in a third session, jointly with the Committee on Governmental Operations, State and Federal Legislation.
