BUDGET ADOPTION
The committee approved the Fiscal Year 2027 city budget and sent it to the full Council. Members signed off on the expense budget (Res 0539), the contract budget (Res 0540), and the capital budget (Res 0541 and Res 0542), along with the resolution fixing the FY2027 property tax rate (Res 0546) and resolutions setting interest rates on unpaid property taxes (Res 0530 through Res 0533). The committee also approved budget modifications MN-9 and MN-10 and the city's Community Development Program funding.
