The Committee on Housing and Buildings held an oversight hearing, jointly with the Committee on Finance, on financial tools for maintaining the affordability of Mitchell-Lama housing. Members also heard Res 0083-2026, which calls on the state Legislature and Governor to pass A.6432/S.4236 to protect the rights of Mitchell-Lama residents. No votes were taken, both items were heard and left in committee.
