Its only NYC contract, "CONSTRUCTION AND LEASE NYPD 27 CLIFF ST. AND 80 JOHN ST.," is a $43 million agreement with the Department of Citywide Administrative Services for the build out and lease of NYPD office space at 27 Cliff Street and 80 John Street, awarded as a negotiated real-property agreement (not a fresh competitive bid). $4.1 million has been paid to date.
