Allen Christian School is a private Christian school; its own website states it serves children from Pre-K 3 through 3rd grade (with 3K and Pre-K For All programs also offered) at 114-32 Floyd H. Flake Boulevard, Jamaica, NY 11434. Its city-money relationship is entirely with the Department of Education: its only active contract, a real-property agreement titled "TO USE AS PUBLIC SECONDARY SCHOOL FROM GRADE 6-12" (negotiated real-property, not competitively bid), accounts for nearly all of its $35.7 million in active contract as of August 2026 value. All-time it has been awarded $43 million since 2012 across 4 contracts, including a $5.1 million "UPK-BTF" pre-kindergarten contract won via RFP and two earlier Universal Pre-Kindergarten Services contracts (a renewal and an innovative-procurement award); 88% of total contract value ($38 million across 3 contracts) was awarded without a fresh competitive bid, and it has been paid $30 million to date. The 2013 real-property contract's own title describes use as a public secondary school (grades 6-12), a different grade range than what the school's own site describes for its own program; this description quotes that contract title as
