Canon Solutions America, Inc. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., formed in January 2013 from the merged operations of Canon Business Solutions, Oce North America, and Oce Imagistics, providing enterprise, production, and large format printing, copier, and document management solutions; it was headquartered in Melville, New York, per the company's own press materials, before being merged into Canon U.S.A. effective January 1, 2025. In New York City it holds two active contracts worth $2.35 million combined at the Board of Elections as of August 2026, both tagged Intergovernmental: the $2.28 million "Lease for Canon color print shop equipment" and the $71,010 "New plotter for printing of subdivision maps." Since 2007 the city has awarded the vendor $44 million across 68 registered contracts spanning the Board of Elections, DCAS Division of Municipal Supply Service, the Fire Department, and the Police Department, including large Competitive sealed bid contracts for citywide photocopier procurement and maintenance, for example the $15.6 million "TO PROCURE PHOTOCOPIERS FOR CITYWIDE AGENCY USE" (ended 2016) and the $12.4 million "MAINTENANCE OF PHOTOCOPIERS/REF.
