Comprehensive Psychological Services PC, founded in 1985 and operating as part of the Comprehensive Network alongside Comprehensive Resources Inc, provides psychological, neuropsychological, speech, occupational and physical therapy assessments and related therapy services to New York City Department of Education students, per its own website. The Department of Education is its only city customer: it holds $5.1 million across two currently active contracts as of August 2026, both renewals (not re-bid), titled 'Related Services for Special Education' and 'Assessments for Special Education Services.'
