All of its NYC contracts, including a $70.3 million special-education transportation award and winter-bus-and-escort extensions, have since expired; the company was awarded $128.1 million since 2000 and paid $79.2 million to date, 45% of contract value obtained through non-competitive contract assignments rather than new bids.
