Northern Manhattan Perinatal Partnership (NMPP) is a Harlem maternal and child health nonprofit (127 West 127th Street, per its own site), founded in 1990 as a New York Urban League initiative and independent since 1994, whose mission is to "save babies and help women take charge of their reproductive, social, and economic lives" through Head Start, Universal Pre-K, doula training, and lactation services.
