Time Warner Cable New York City LLC was the New York City cable/telecommunications operating entity of Time Warner Cable, which merged into Charter Communications in May 2016 and now operates under the Spectrum brand. Per Checkbook NYC, the entity has no active NYC contracts but was awarded $107.7 million since 2013 (all now expired), the bulk of it an $86.6 million Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications "Citywide Voice, Data and Managed Services" contract renewed without a new bid, plus smaller contracts with the Department of Education, Fire Department, and Department of Emergency Management.
