On the city's books it has been awarded $21 million in contracts since 2009, entirely through the Department of Education (two Universal Pre-Kindergarten "UPK-BTF" contracts, now ended) and the Administration for Children's Services (day care and child care/UPK contracts), with $17 million paid to date and no contracts currently active.
