New Settlement Community Campus Corp is the entity affiliated with the Bronx nonprofit New Settlement that developed the Community Campus at 1501 Jerome Avenue, a building housing NYC public schools (including CIS 327 and Mount Eden Children's Academy) and a community center. Its sole active NYC contract is a $151,765,445 negotiated real-property agreement with the Department of Education for use of the building as a school, awarded without a fresh competitive bid, plus a now-expired $341,333 license agreement with the Department of Citywide Administrative Services; together these two contracts make up nearly all ($152,106,778) of the city funding it has been awarded since 2011.
